We are the people behind the people who keep saving lives. **Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated IT Client Support Analyst II to provide comprehensive technical support to over 200+ end users across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong background in IT support, exceptional customer service, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining SLA compliance, managing local IT inventory, and organizing IT workspaces. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide Level II support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iPads, iPhones), and peripheral equipment. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office applications, Windows OS, Intune-managed devices, printers, and Teams/AV conference room equipment. + Respond to and resolve tickets using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system, while ensuring compliance with SLA targets. + Perform computer imaging and deployment for new hires and hardware replacements. + Maintain and organize local IT storage, equipment, and workspaces to ensure efficiency and cleanliness. + Track and manage local IT inventory, including hardware and accessories. + Support AV and conference room technology setup and troubleshooting. + Assist with basic networking tasks such as port patching and troubleshooting network connectivity. + Maintain accurate documentation for user support, hardware inventory, and standard operating procedures. + Collaborate with other IT team members and escalate issues when necessary. + Be on-call and provide occasional weekend or overtime support during upgrades or critical incidents. **Qualifications** Required Qualifications + Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role. + Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+). + Strong working knowledge of:- Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365 - Intune and mobile device management - Imaging and deployment tools (e.g., SCCM) - ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system - Conference room AV/Teams Rooms - Printers and peripheral devices + Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, DNS, DHCP, VPN). + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask independently. + A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills. + Experience adhering to SLA metrics and performance standards. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in a mid-to-large scale enterprise environment. + ITIL Foundation certification. + Experience with MacOS is a plus. **Additional Information:** + Flexibility to work outside of standard hours, including weekends and on-call shifts, is necessary. Pay / Compensation The expected pre-tax pay rate for this position is $74,400 - $99,600 per year Actual pay may fluctuate outside of the listed range depending on skills, education, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
