Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. - Implement and maintain Active Directory, backup technologies, and Cisco systems to ensure seamless operations. - Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Conduct risk assessments and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership. - Collaborate with vendors and external partners to manage IT services and support. - Lead the configuration and management of IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. - Provide technical guidance to team members and assist in the resolution of complex IT issues. - Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency. - Manage IT-related audits and ensure readiness for regulatory reviews. - Support document capture and management systems, such as Laserfiche, to improve workflow processes. Requirements - Proven experience in IT management or a similar role within the financial services industry. - Proficiency in Active Directory, backup technologies, and Cisco systems. - Strong knowledge of computer hardware and configuration management. - Familiarity with cloud-based systems and tools such as RingCentral. - Experience with document management platforms like Laserfiche is a plus. - Ability to conduct risk analysis and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
