Job Title: Product Development Coordinator (Intimates)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Product Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the development of prototype products and ensuring the overall development process for the product line runs smoothly.
• This role will serve as the primary point of contact for development details with vendor partners and support the Signature Intimates team (Bras/Panties).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development of prototype products and monitor the full development process.
• Serve as the liaison between vendors, production, technical, and merchandising teams to ensure timely communication and execution.
• Create and update seasonal composite sheets and classification charts.
• Manage workflow of weekly updates to ensure composites are aligned with timelines and vendor communications.
• Track product development activities including costing, data entry, and sample tracking.
• Communicate design development details effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Drive the product life cycle for the intimates category, collaborating with two other team members, reporting into a director.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 5 years of product design and/or development experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Background in product development, ideally within apparel or intimates.
• Costing analysis experience and strong management skills.
• Ability to take ownership of category responsibilities.
