  Debt Resolution Specialist – Entry Level | In-Person | Irvine, CA

We just expanded into a  bigger, brighter office in Irvine , and we're on the hunt for motivated sales talent ready to grow with us. At  Guardian , we specialize in helping individuals find financial freedom through  debt relief solutions —and you'll be on the frontlines, guiding people toward a fresh start.

This is an  inbound phone sales role —no cold calling, just high-intent leads from people actively looking for help. Whether you're breaking into the industry or ready to level up, we offer full training, strong leadership, and a culture that's built for closers.

Location: In-Person | Irvine, CA
Compensation: 15% Commission + Daily, Weekly & Monthly Bonuses (Uncapped!)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + One Saturday per Month
Dress Code: Business Casual (Mon–Thurs), Casual Fridays

What You'll Be Doing:

• Take inbound calls from individuals looking for debt relief support
• Build rapport, listen with empathy, and offer real solutions
• Guide prospects through our process with professionalism and care
• Follow up, answer questions, and keep clients engaged
• Meet and exceed sales targets—and earn big while doing it

This Role is for You If You:

• Enjoy helping others and have a natural phone presence
• Want to grow within a supportive, fast-paced sales environment
• Are coachable, driven, and excited to make a difference
• Have strong time management and organizational skills
• Bonus points if you've worked in sales, call centers, collections, or financial services
